Workout for Saturday, August 29, 2015In teams of 2, complete as many reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
2 Push Press (135/95) or (115/75)

2 Toes to Bar

2 Kettlebell Swings (53/35) or (44/26)

*Add 2 reps to the sequence every round*
*alternate full rounds between partners 

So partner A completes one round with 2 reps of each movement, partner B will do 4 reps, A will do 6 reps, etc. Keep adding 2 reps each round for 20 minutes.

 

*5 Burpee penalty for BOTH partners when a break in reps is taken (if one partner has to break up reps in a set, both partners drop and do 5 burpees 😁)
