Partner workout:Partners will switch every minute, on the minute, until all reps are completed. One partner is “resting” while the other is working for the entire minute:

75 Pullups Partner ‘Resting’ = Hold Bottom of Squat 

75 Front Rack Lunges (95/65) Partner ‘Resting’ = Hollow Hold

75 Power Cleans (95/65) Partner ‘Resting’ = Active Dead Hang on Pull-Up Bar (explain and emphasize proper shoulder position)

75 Back Squats (95/65) Partner ‘Resting’ = Hold Bottom of Pushup Hold

6x 200m Run/300m Row (A runs, B rests, slap hands and switch: each partner runs/rows 3x)

75 Goblet Squats, Partner ‘Resting’ = Holds a plank
