Every 5 min for 5 Rounds

400m run

15 Push Press 95#/65#

40 Double Unders

15 HSPU
Strict or Kipping HSPU

Aim to be done by the 4:30 mark to give yourself at least 30 seconds of rest

Scales/Notes:

Run-> If 400m takes longer than 2:15 then scale run to 200m or 300m

Push Press-> Pick a weight you can do unbroken

Double Unders-> 40 singles

HSPU->Decrease to 10 reps
