Front Rack Lunge (5×10)

5ea leg

Increasing weight

Barbell from the rack

Superset with GHD sit-ups

Alternating Dumbbell Bench (5×10)

Hold up both DBs , lower one and press, then lower the other and press

GHD Situps (5×15)

-Rest about a minute before going back to lunges

-If you have never done this movement before start with a smaller amount of reps to get comfortable with the movement
