Main focus is to try and finish those first 2 sections. Doesn’t matter which one you start with. In the warm up, let’s do a round of both sections to make sure you know what you’re capable of. Trying to shoot for about 1min. per round for the first 5 rounds and then slowly start to drop which is normal. Worst case you don’t finish so don’t scale too much, but if you do, make sure it keeps you in that 12-15min. range.
