Odd: 15/12 Cal Row

Even: Max American Kettlebell Swings 53/35lb.

*3 min rest between sections

On section 1, you may want bump your weight up a little if 50/35 is light for you. I don’t want you finishing too early. Worst case, if you don’t finish it’s no big deal either.
