1 Round of “DT”

4 Rounds of “Cindy”

1 Round of “DT” @135#/95#

-Rest 4 min between sets-
Time cap per round: 7 min

Cindy = 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats

DT = 12 deadlifts, 9 hang power cleans, 6 push jerks

Choose a challenging weight for DT that you can do almost unbroken

Modifications:

Pull-ups: w/ a band (no more than green + red), jumping pull ups, ring rows

If 1 round of Cindy takes more than 75 seconds, modify to 3,6,9
