Why CrossFit? It fills the competitive side of me. And it continues to take me out of my comfort zone whether it be pushing passed exhaustion during a workout or moving a weight that I previously didn’t think I could.
I have always wanted to: Travel to Italy, take in all of the sights and cuisine.
When I’m not at CFD, you can find me: Out with friends, family or volunteering at my church.
Favorite food: Ribs and of course pizza. Also any food that ends in the sound “itos” think about it…
Song that gets me pumped for a workout: “Got Paper” – Lecrae, and some kind of rap with a good beat to get me hyped.
Proudest accomplishment: I take pride in seeing CFD members smash their goals inside and outside of the walls of the gym. That’s where my joy comes from and makes me strive to become a better coach each day.

Why CrossFit? After playing sports from youth through high school, CrossFit filled my competitive side and gave me the extra push I needed to achieve the physical results I desired.
When I’m not at CFD, you can find me: Hanging out with friends, eating, reading or playing video games.
Favorite food: Hot dogs and Mac ‘n’ cheese (separately, but I would not complain if they were together).
Favorite Quote: “‘You miss 100 percent of the shots you don’t take’ – Wayne Gretzky” -Michael Scott
Proudest accomplishment: Personally, the next one. But any personal accomplishment can’t out-do any accomplishment a member achieves, especially after putting in hours of hard work.

When I’m not at CFD you can find me… Making continuous trips to the grocery store for one item. And on my PS4. Add me! (PSN: Kaeyo)
Someone would be surprised to know: I grew up quite overweight and I am still very much a fat kid at heart. There is a constant struggle within to stay balanced in food choices; both resisting the urge to splurge and being too restrictive on myself.
Favorite food: I genuinely love all foods and cuisines. I do have a favorite snack (it’s a borderline addiction) that I try not to eat multiple times a day: Flaming Hot Fritos (not to be mistaken with Cheetos!)
Proudest Accomplishment: Whenever someone accomplishes a personal best, moves better, or further progresses in their goals- whether inside or outside the gym- it inspires me to continue to progress as a coach and as an athlete. The feeling I get knowing that I had a hand in those accomplishments is the reason I love being a coach.
