Toes to bar- toes high as possible, knee to elbow, knee to midline, v-ups
For time:
100 Deadlifts* (using no more than weight used for the Power Snatch)
*Every break on the deadlifts perform 25 Sit-ups
Time Cap: 15minutes
Goal time: <12 minutes Sit-ups can be GHD, Abmat or Abmat+ weight
